Meron Wondemaghen is a senior lecturer in the Department of Criminology, Sociology and Policing, University of Hull.
She has previously taught in Criminology and Behavioral Sciences, and worked in recruiting and interviewing parliamentarians in an Australian Linkage project with the Inter-parliamentary Union, AusAID and Monash University.
Dr Wondemaghen has held visiting scholarships at Northumbria Law School (2014) and Sydney University Law School (2015). She has a forthcoming scholarship to visit at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.
Recently, the UK Covid Inquiry heard testimony that the BBC consistently misrepresented Covid risk in order to boost public support for lockdown.
