Dr. Aki Yoshikawa, a health economist, is a founder and chairman of Global Health Consulting Japan (GHC).  GHC is the pioneer of the health care benchmarking analysis in Japan.  Prior to GHC, Dr. Yoshikawa was the Associate Director of the Comparative Health Care Policy Research Project at Stanford University.
