It’s lucky that my surgeon got covid

I was going to have an operation on my colon ( removal of the sigmoid) which had to be cancelled as my surgeon caught Covid. I waited for months for a new date during which time I simply recovered. At the new pre-op it was decided that was doing too well to undergo the operation. I am still doing g very well. I feel lucky that my doctor caugh Covid and that a new operation date had not been fixed quickly. How many patients can say that!!!!
